Here's what's up, what's down, and what's going on in my record-breaking world.
So the interview with Entrepreneur Magazine Radio went very well. I actually woke up in time, although my voice was a little off since it was so early in the morning (4:45am Sydney time). I had a nice talk with Lee Mirabal, the wonderful host of the show, and you can listen to it here. I had a lot more to say, but obviously these interviews are always limited by time, so you have to try and fit in as much info as possible. I talk very fast in general, so that definitely helps. :) I think the fact that Entrepreneur Magazine Radio, which focuses on successful Entrepreneurs and leading Business people, chose to interview me lends a lot of credibility to this whole idea. I need to do more and more interviews like this to really get the word out and give this idea more and more credibility, so I will be focusing on that in the coming months. This was actually my first interview since I raised my price to $12,000,001, so I'm glad I was able to get the word out on such a prestigious show.
You may have noticed that the Forum has been growing more and more this past month thanks to a number of new and very active supporters vying for the $500,000 Forum Grand Prize who are turning the forum into a full-fledged community around this whole idea. In light of the increasing activity in the forum, I've gone ahead and made a major expansion to it, adding categories such as Web Design & Development and Marketplace, with over 15 new subcategories. I think there are enough new subcategories now for every taste. This Forum is for you guys, my visitors and supporters, to exchange ideas and meet each other while supporting this very domain, so I want to create as many topics as you are willing to discuss. I want to make the Forum massive, with thousands of members and I think we're on our way. If you have not checked out the Forum yet, just check it out here, register quickly, drop us a line in the Welcome Center, and get to know some incredibly interesting people from around the world who support this world record in full!
Also, the Translations of the site are on their way. On Monday we'll have Portuguese, on the following Monday, Spanish, and soon after that German, then Italian, and finally Chinese. Translating all the text on this site has been an incredible task for my Sponsor, Bureau Translation Services, but they will be delivering the goods soon, which will hopefully attract more non-english speaking visitors.
A few interesting things are cooking up here in Australia too, so stay tuned. Until then, see you in the Forum!
